Time Warner Sucks.

Okay, so I have had the same email address for close to a decade, then Time Warner gives me a new modem.. I move in October and then one snowy December morning my account suddenly disappears. I call tech support, stay on the phone for nearly 3 hours, get multiple tickets and at the end they say "we'll fix this for you and call you."

It's been a week now and nothing, nada, zip, zero. Apparently when you move and get a new modem they as a policy delete your old email account! Well isn't that just rich? The only reason I haven't switched to some other broadband service is because of that account. I know this has happened to a lot of other Adelphia customers but it's just plain wrong and stupid because I still have an Adelphia email address..


Someone needs to be choked out. Hard.
